we meet you in spot to meet your instructor then he will show you around and start the adventure right away -starting with some theory on the beach about wing-foil , the wind ,safety , the equipment how to set it up & how to ride -we dress up and prepare the equipment then we go to the water -in the water we learn how to control the wing with the board ,get up on the board and having your first ride . the you learn how to change the direction and ride with the different angles of the wind . Then we finish the session First day we use a big board to make it easy to learn
we start 2and day with preparation the material wing and foil board then your instructor will explain you how to ride it then -we go to the water start your first experience with wing foil -your instructor with you all the time to give you the instructions by radio BBtalkin how to control your speed and change directions and how to start ride on the foil .
The minimum age for wingfoil is 10 years
the minimum weight for wingfoil is 30 K.G
you just have to know how to swim everything else we can teach you
bring your own towel and if you have your own wetsuit you can bring it if not we have one for you
